15 min beginner friendly HOURGLASS ab-workout / No planks / No equipment/ At home
Get a flat, defined hourglass shaped waist by doing this specific beginner friendly workout. I'm focusing on the lower and upper parts of the core so we can create the illusion of a really curved waistline.
To get the best results possible I'd recommend you to do this workout everyday for two weeks straight.
You can make this workout harder if you just skip the 10 sec breaks in between.
Please keep in mind to get best and long term results you need to focus on your calorie intake and healthy, whole foods. To reach results like a flat waist it's also important to workout so you can define and shape your waist how you want it to be.
