I went diving, fishing and cooking on the beaches of a small island in the middle of the Caribbean, catching tarpon, barracuda, snapper, jacks, lobster, crab and conch. (First time eating queen conch!) The adventures were epic and I even caught and cooked a few chickens roaming around the island. (Wild chicken is delicious, by the way.)
