35 Minute Indoor Trainer Workout
Here’s a workout you can do, so you can claim you did “more than half an hour” on the trainer.. It's an edited version of the return leg of our regular Sunday morning ride along Melbourne's 'famous' Beach Road. It’s very similar to our other rides, but different in that a couple of our girls feature prominently in the roll. Two sets - one with longer efforts and recoveries, and the second with shorter. It's got a generic soundtrack, so put your own music on if you don't like it!
