478 Breathing Technique (5 min) - Powerful relaxation technique to practice regularly.
1) Breath in through your nose quietly (4 sec)
2) Hold your breath (7 sec)
3) Breath out through your mouth audibly
โก Try to do at least 4 breath cycles out of 8 cycles at one time.
โก Practice this exercise at least twice a day.
โก You don't necessarily need to stick to the exact count.
โก It may take days or weeks before you notice physiological changes.
