[5AM IDEAL MORNING ROUTINE ο½ slow and relaxing morning]
Can you believe itβs already almost May?
I recently stumbled upon my (very motivated) journal entry from the 1st of January. Alongside the myriads of resolutions I have long forgotten about, I found notes on my ideal morning routine. This routine, together with a pairing night time routine, was supposed to help me achieve my resolutions haha. So today Iβd like to try and follow it (for once). Luckily, itβa not too different from my usual routine (minus the fact I wouldnβt do all of them in one morning) and I actually really enjoyed it and hope Iβll be able to incorporate some of these habits in my daily routine more consistently.
