8 Hours of 432Hz Brown Noise for Deep Focus and Concentration | Tinnitus, ADHD, Focus
These 8 hours of 432Hz brown noises is something created for deep focus and relaxation. It should be clarified that brown noise (or any noise for that matter) is a bunch of frequencies by definition so for this mix, the 432Hz was an added tone at that frequency, but Iβm not too sure how much of it came though in the final mix. But that said, I think the brown noise itself is a really nice balanced mix, so even if that 432Hz tone is lost, it really boils down to what sounds good to your ears/mind.
Iβve also made a longer 12 hour version as people wanted it for sleep which you can find here: https://youtu.be/D9VxkuGx0HQ?si=9ddca8njpvGvmfRQ
The noise was created to give you deep focus and concentration. Might be useful if you have noisy neighbours, but you can use it for other purposes as well such as studying or concentration. For me, brown noise has a very tiring to listen to. Almost like someone is hugging my brain.
I have made it with a black screen so you can put it on while you fall asleep. Brown noise is great for noise blocking too. Please enjoy my brown noise and subscribe for more videos like this one!

Information on Brown Noise and FAQ
What is Brown Noise?
Brown noise is a neutral, and compact sound that has all the frequencies that our ears can detect. It's easiest to think of brown noise like white noise but it has a lower, deeper quality. More warming to the brain and mind when listening vs. the higher pitched white noise. Think of it as a low rumbling waterfall in the distance.
What does Brown Noise do?
Brown noise can have many positive impacts in the brain. Some studies suggest that it helps people fall asleep and achieve a longer lasting one at that! It is also thought that brown noise can have a beneficial effect on people who have ADHD and that it may help calm their mind. Other studies have suggested that it can be useful for concentration and memory, although this might be a causal relationship with improved sleeping.
What volume should I listen to Brown Noise at?
That is up to the listener to find a comfortable volume they like. Personally, I turn it up to muffle sounds when sleeping and I find that to be the best for me. Others like to barely hear it. Whatever you do, it is suggested you do not turn it up too loud as excessive volume can have negative impact on your ears.

The science of sound therapy draws from multiple disciplines: psychology, neuroscience, and acoustic ecology. Research consistently shows that ambient sounds can modulate autonomic nervous system activity, shifting the body from stress response (sympathetic activation) toward relaxation response (parasympathetic activation). This occurs through multiple pathways: masking of disruptive environmental sounds, providing gentle cognitive engagement that prevents anxious rumination, and creating predictable soundscapes that signal safety to primitive brain regions. Regular exposure to relaxing audio can help establish positive feedback loops where the brain learns to associate certain sounds with calm states.
