ADHD and Mindfulness dont often go together and yet, studies have found there to be helpful and positive effects when testing mindfulness meditation excercise on people with adult adhd. A handful of studies have found self-regulation, mood as well as attention to all be improved when conducting regular and consistent mindfulness sessions.
