BARKING DOGS - ULTRASONIC SOUND - SUGGESTION

In my videos about this topic, I am exercising my rights to free speech. In these videos I often criticize my local government to some degree. It is the absolute right of all American citizens to be able to criticize the governments and public officials of this local and general land. I expect no hassles from my local government. In fact, I expect their support for my right to talk about this. Thank You.

Using high frequency sound against a neighbor dog may be against the law in your town. Find out about that, or keep it a secret. You could also become the target of anger or aggression should your neighbor see you using sound against his dog, even though he's disturbing you with noise as well. Makes no sense, but this is the way it is.

This is for people who are looking for a way to shut up a barking dog. We don't know if high frequency sound will really work, but we're looking for an answer, any answer. In the meantime, here's a tip about high frequency sound should you try this route. If you do experiment with ultrasonic sound (high frequency) you'll need to use a piezo tweeter (piezoelectric speaker for high frequencies). This video will give one important piece of information.

I make these videos because I've been driven to do so by my neighbors and their loud barking dogs. I live in Sugar Land, Texas in a small neighborhood. This area is very affluent, but my neighborhood is not. However, I pay extremely high taxes for this very small house and I've spent the better part of eleven years listening to dogs barking. The cops are of absolutely no help. Animal control is of absolutely no help (sometimes rude). City council doesn't know I exist. The cops have told me dozens of times that there is a system that I should follow in order to get this problem taken care of. After hearing the cops tell me that several times, I decided to just go on down and meet with the prosecutor and simply asked her if this is something that can actually be done. She said that it's not easy to do and it's hard to succeed at it. Then she actually said "we're soon to make it harder, because soon it will take two separate neighbors to sign on to the complaint and show up for the trial". That's funny, a local cop told me this was simple. What a joke. So, why would I do it? It's a lot of time and energy to be spent at something that will surely fail. So when the cops here say "follow the proper channels" it's just their way of moving on to something else and making you think there's a system (the cops are either lazy or missing some information). But the "system" is smoke and mirrors. In other words it's like magic "there's no such thing". Many of you out there in the world know EXACTLY WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT. I've heard too many emails from folks who suffer from this same problem.

Lately a local Sugar Land, Texas police officer has been leaving me posts on another one of my videos. He's aggressively preaching "proper channels" to me, better known as "the system". It's just another cop saying the same ole' thing. In fact, he's the cop who said the system for dealing with the dog barking problem was "simple". I've suggested to him that he go talk to the prosecutor. Maybe some of these cops actually believe that there is a system. Who knows. Who cares any more. It's just a joke now (but not a funny joke).
