Combined Notched White Noise and Neuromodulation Tones to Treat Tinnitus
Notched audio and acoustic coordinated reset neuromodulation have both been associated with tinnitus reduction based on scientific research performed over the past 2 decades (see research below).

The video shown here COMBINES both types of sound therapies into a single overlapping audio that may help more with tinnitus than using either by itself.
Intro (0:00)
1000 Hz (0:10)
2000 Hz (1:09)
3000 Hz (2:09)
4000 Hz (3:08)
5000 Hz (4:06)
6000 Hz (5:06)
7000 Hz (6:06)
8000 Hz (7:06)
9000 Hz (8:06)
10,000 Hz (9:05)
TREATMENT protocol:
FIRST, determine your tinnitus frequency using a tinnitus matching program like this one: https://www.checkhearing.org/tinnitusmatching.php
Next, play the notched audio (with overlapping neuromodulation tones sequence) that corresponds to your tinnitus frequency. If your tinnitus frequency does not match the frequency shown in this video, just play the one closest to your tinnitus frequency. A precise tinnitus frequency notched audio with neuromodulation can be custom created here: https://www.CheckHearing.org/notchedNeuromodulation.php
The suggested treatment protocol if your tinnitus frequency is 8,000Hz or less is to listen to the notched sound for long periods of time, ~ 5 hours or more at a time.
If tinnitus frequency is above 8,000Hz, listen to the notched neuromodulation audio three times a day, 1 hour each time. Be aware, there is no research evidence that notched sound therapy works for tinnitus frequencies higher than 13,000Hz.
Sleeping with the notched neuromodulation audio in either situation works well by additionally providing masking. Tinnitus relief with notched neuromodulation sound therapy usually takes weeks to months.
