Video Details:
When I had my first panic attack, my life would have been so much easier if a doctor took me aside and explained to me that panic attacks are normal and very treatable without medications.
But, I didn't get that help and I know most of you still don't get that help either.
So I have recorded a video interview with one of the best doctors I now know who treats panic disorder.
His name is Dr. Harry Barry and he generously took a few minutes out of his schedule to explain why he believes panic attacks are not dangerous and what you can do to stop them.
This doctor understands panic and anxiety better than any doctor I have met.
He is the kind of doctor everyone wishes they had as their family physician.
Because you are unlikely to ever have the opportunity to meet him and sit in his office here in Ireland, I recorded a session with him
just for you.
It is recorded as if you are sitting down having a private consultation with him. He explains in simple language why panic attacks are NOT dangerous and what you can do to stop
them naturally.

The science of sound therapy draws from multiple disciplines: psychology, neuroscience, and acoustic ecology. Research consistently shows that ambient sounds can modulate autonomic nervous system activity, shifting the body from stress response (sympathetic activation) toward relaxation response (parasympathetic activation). This occurs through multiple pathways: masking of disruptive environmental sounds, providing gentle cognitive engagement that prevents anxious rumination, and creating predictable soundscapes that signal safety to primitive brain regions. Regular exposure to relaxing audio can help establish positive feedback loops where the brain learns to associate certain sounds with calm states.
