This sound journey is channeled through my voice, crystalline alchemy bowls, shamanic frame drum and the frequency of Earth (7.83hz). I also included field recordings that I took travelling through Sri Lanka, Bali, South East Asia and parts of the British Isles.
The Earth's frequency is measured at between 5-8hz - which although below the human hearing range, is infused through this sound journey to offer grounding and protection.
