This simple meditation practice for relaxation requires you to sit comfortably and close your eyes very slowly and gently. By practicing this meditation for healing, you will be able to immerse in eternal mind relaxation. The heartfulness relaxation practice begins by focusing your concentration on your toes. Wiggle your toes so that you can feel them relax. Feel the healing energy of the earth move up through your feet and ankles, then up to your knees to relax your lower legs. You have to feel the healing energy move up your legs, relaxing them. Relax your thighs, and then deeply relax your hips, stomach and waist. Relax your back and ensure that your entire back is relaxed from the top to bottom. Relax your chest and shoulders so that you can feel your shoulders simply melting away. Relax your upper arms, each muscle in your forearms and your hands right up to your fingertips. Now relax your neck muscles and move your awareness up to your face.
