Russia reportedly launched 8 Kalibr cruise missiles and 5 Kh-22 anti-ship missiles at Kirovohrad Oblast, killing at least 3 people. Russian forces were allegedly targeting the Kanatove airfield and a Ukrainian railway facility. Russian Kalibr cruise missiles also attacked the Black Sea port in Odesa on July 23. Heavy fighting has reportedly been taking place between Ukrainian and Russian forces in Kherson province.
Meanwhile, hundreds of Russian rebel soldiers have allegedly been held captive in garages and cellars in occupied Luhansk. Reports claim that the rebel soldiers are dealt with cruelly and are fed only once a day.
