Here are the steps to get your gas fireplace cleaned up:

1. Open the bottom grate
2. Turn off the pilot light
3. Remove the top Grate
4. Unhook the latches to remove the glass face
5. Pull the bottom of the glass out then lift up and out
6. Vacuum any large debris
7. Separate debris from rock wool
8. Clean the glass
9. Reposition the rockwool behind the line of the first flame
10. Reposition the logs
11. Install the glass face
12. Latch the bottom latches on the glass
13. Install the top grate
14. Light the pilot light
