Back in the rainy Los Angeles of the future, this video focuses on the longings, desires, and emotions of artificial beings. At times, the sound is infused with Vangelis DNA, and in combination with the visualization, it has turned out to be much more emotional than I initially intended. The audio itself now spreads out significantly more to make the rain audible and palpable from all sides, especially with the expanded stereo sound. And the female cyborg? It took over 600 iterations until I achieved the expression and mood I wanted to convey. I hope it's evident what it's all about. My intention wasn't to portray Joi as a character, but rather to let her statement speak for all artificial beings, whether they are holograms or mechanically traversing our worlds like in Blade Runner or Ghost In The Shell.
