I'm taking the most luxurious sleeper train adventure across the UK, starting in Cornwall and travelling over 1000 miles to the Highlands in Scotland. This rail trip will feature four special trains, the Night Riviera, the Caledonian Sleeper, The Royal Scotsman and the Jacobite (aka Hogwarts Express!). I'll be taking Dad, Millie and Mum on different legs of the journey with highlights being the Ritz, the Balmoral and staying in an off grid lodge in the highlands. I've been most interested to try the new Grand Suite on the Royal Scotsman given how exclusive this is, and that it's never been reviewed online before!
Lastly of course the Jacobite steam train, which has been a personal bucket list item for many years and I've been so pleased to share the experience with Mum in First Class.
