Joe Dispenza Week Three - Dismantle the Memory of You Meditation (Breaking the Habit)

I simply put this together for myself - and after being asked by friends to share what I'd done - I put it here for anyone to use and enjoy.
This is the week three meditation from Dr Joe Dispenzaβs book β Breaking the Habit of Being yourself. I will assume you have read the book in its entirety before starting this meditation - otherwise it may not make sense and you may not get the best results.
The third week should be listened to after relaxing to part one β the body part induction, so that you are in an alpha or theta brainwave state, where you can access your subconscious. You can find that audio here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vS0gPJqra6I&t=711s

I am assuming that before listening to this audio, you have already read the book Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself, or are familiar with Dr Joeβs work, and you already know the emotion you are working with. Full details are in chapter 12 βDismantle the Memory of the Old Youβ. If you listen to this audio before doing the written exercises, you will likely not understand it fully not gain the full benefit of this work!
For week three, you observe and remind yourself of who you no longer want to be.
During this meditation, you remember and become completely conscious of the habitual, unconscious thoughts, actions and behaviours that make up the state of mind you named in week 2 - the one you are ready to release and surrender.
During the week three meditation you focus on, and bring awareness to, all the aspects of the old self that you no longer want to be, so that, if they come up during your day, you recognise them straight away.
If you recognise them, you can then choose to change them and thus rewire your brain. If you don't recognise them (as so many of us don't, when we are in auto pilot), that's when we end up repeating self destructive habits and actions and wondering why we're sitting on the sofa with a half eaten packet of biscuits in our hand, when we'd promised ourselves we'd hit the gym and eat healthily!
