I may be wrong about a thing or two here but you will still be able to fix your Sound Bar if your problem is the same as mine was.
-Unplug both.
-Plug them both in after 35 seconds.
-Push and hold the mute button on the remote, and the sensor square on the soundbar at the same time, Until it says remake and flashes the Wi-Fi icon.
-Use a tool to push the button down in the back of the subwoofer and hold it until it flashes green quickly.
-Confirm that the Wi-Fi logo is flashing on the soundbar as you push the button and hold it in the back of the subwoofer.
-The subwoofer will then flash green slowly, and then turn solid. If the light continues to flash green slowly unplug the subwoofer and or the LG sound bar to start over with it.
