Our Root Chakra (also called βMuladharaβ Chakra) is the connection with the physical body, the physical world and the energies of the earth. It represents security and stability and, being the first and lowest of our 7 main chakras, it is of fundamental importance to our balance. A person with an open and healthy root chakra lives with a stable sense of security, grounding and deep trust. This person will feel safe and comfortable in his or her body and has developed an inner stability and security, regardless of changing and uncertain external circumstances.
Our Sacral Chakra, also called βSvadhisthanaβ is the second primary chakra and is located in the pelvic area. It is responsible for movement, flow, care, pleasure, relationships, procreation and more. Svadhisthana is all about creating joy, happiness and loving relationships. The gift of the Sacral Chakra is experiencing our lives through feelings and sensations, joy and pleasure. The Sacral Chakra is associated with the emotional body, sensuality and creativity. The energy of the Sacral Chakra allows us to experience every moment as it is, in all its fullness. It allows us to let go and feel change and transformation taking place in our body.
The present music for meditation and/or sleep is based on a natural 432Hz chakra grid. According to this grid, the frequency our root and sacral chakras can resonate with, are 256 Hz for the root and 288 Hz for the sacral chakra.
