Recipe in the Description 👇| Guess the Songs & Comment | Dinner Scenes | Malai Broccoli & Paratha
I love to listen to music and sing along while cooking or doing any kind of household work... It makes me feel good and pleasant!! I enjoy this process and end up doing more than I planned for... Today my hubby wasn't home and kids were at tution and this kind of gave me wings and I was on a proper Karaoke Night 😀😀 I was singing on top of my voice and I thoroughly enjoyed the entire process... Can you imagine this 2min 54secs short's raw video was 1hour 35mins one??? Hahaha... It was crazy... BTW Guess the songs if possible...
Do you also do this?? Does singing along and doing chores brings you peace?? let me know 😊
Recipe :
Malai Broccoli Curry:
Blanch the brocolli florets in boiling water for 3 to 4mins and turn off the flame. In a kadai add butter, 1 cup milk and 1spoon wheat flour you can add corn flour or maida or raagi flour too... mix well until lumps dissolve and then add spices like salt, mixed herbs, paprika powder, chilli flakes and mix well... then add the blanched florets and mix and cook for 2 to 3 mins until the florets absorb the sauce and flavours... you. an add more milk to adjust the consistency of needed... top it with cheese... I dint have so I omitted that step... That's it... yummy Malai Broccoli is ready.
Broccoli Stem Paratha:
Wash the broccoli stems thoroughly and grind them into a smooth paste along with few garlic cloves and water.
Now in a bowl take Wheat flour, add salt, haldi, redchilli powder, garam masala and a pinch of ajwain. Add the brocolli paste and mix well to form a soft dough..
Roll them into chapatis and fry them on tava on both the sides... It has a pungent smell of brocolli but it tastes yummy 🤤 🤤
