Rumi (𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐨) ~ A Meditation at Sunrise over the Ocean~ 𝗦𝘂𝗳𝗶 𝗠𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀

This footage was recently taken at a secluded beach a short stroll from Viveka Hermitage where I went for an early morning 'sunrise' meditation. It was a beautiful, still, warm morning and I spontaneously felt to capture some frames as the sun rose.

The poems are a collection of Rumi's verses on the topic of Awakening that speak directly to the heart, using the metaphors of the ocean, sunrise, and waves to point us back Home.
