Sleep is essential for our wellbeing, it goes without saying that not enough sleep leaves us feeling tired and sluggish, and that when we are well rested we are energised and motivated.
It is my intention that this round of tapping helps to prepare you for a great nights sleep. It has been created to help you relax your body and mind and let go of the day so that you can drift off into a deep and restorative sleep.
