This extremely low 30 Hz deep bass pure sine wave is super low bass. The audio is designed for an immersive ambient listening expedience, as a test tone for audio engineers and for bass enthusiasts wanting to check out the low frequency capabilities of their sound systems.
Many will discover their speaker do not faithfully reproduce such a low note. This may be due to low cut filters added by sound system designers to prevent system damage.
Be careful playing at high volumes as it can harm speakers.
On my own large PA systems for concerts, I general set a low cut off frequency at 40hz partially for speaker protection and also to add efficiency to the system. You see, low frequencies take much much more power to recreate (10x more watts), so cutting off the lows adds more efficiency for the upper lows, low-midrange and midrange. All those frequencies ride along on the lower frequencies,. So if the speaker is flapping around at 20 Hz or 30 Hz (and you can actually see the speakers moving at these frequencies), imagine the higher frequencies being reproduced vibrate on top of those already flapping speakers. Most music does not have lows this low, ad in a live sound situation, like a band, engineers often low cut every channel except those able to actually to replicate a musical note that low, such as bass guitar, keyboards, kick drums and toms, and drum machines. So low cutting the vocals, guitars horns and other midrange instruments will contribute to less low frequency noise jumble in the low end.
But here we are not talking about low frequency noise (like Brown Noise). We are listening to pure sine wave tone at one single frequency with no overtones to boot. It makes for a interesting listening experience, and is useful for room tuning, audio testing and scaring the neighbors (if you have the sonic horsepower to play it back.
Thanks for listening, Dale
