2. Make dough:
Add salt, oil, and flour gradually. Knead into a soft dough. Let rise for 1 hour (until doubled).
3. Shape buns:
Divide into 8–10 pieces. Shape into balls. Let rest 20–30 min.
4. Steam:
Place on parchment in a steamer. Steam for 10–12 min over boiling water. Don’t open the lid while steaming!
Spinach-Colored Gingerbread Cookies (No Honey)
Ingredients:
• 150 g sugar
