Let's spend this day together in a remote but very cozy Forest Village, where we will share our everyday life and daily worries in our Forest House. We grow vegetables to provide ourselves with healthy and nutritious food. Today it's time to make a stand for cucumbers.
And we will also cook pancakes on an outdoor stove, surrounded by nature with the chirping of birds. Let's brew flower tea and spend this day taking care of our garden, animals and our small but cozy house.

For 3.5 kg of pitted apricots, I took 1.3 kg of sugar and 0.5 tsp of citric acid.
Remove the pits from the apricots, cover with sugar and let stand for a couple of hours so that the apricots release juice.
Then cook over medium heat for 30-40 minutes. As soon as the jam boils, add 0.5 tsp of citric acid or lemon juice.
I have not removed the foam for a long time, since it contains pectin. I just stir and let the foam dissolve during the cooking process.
I pour the finished jam into sterilized jars and roll up the lids.
In the fall or cold winter, open a jar of fragrant apricot jam and enjoy the taste of summer!
