These Acoustic Soundproof Panels Will Blow your Mind!

Wood slate acoustic panels: do they work, and should they even be called acoustic panels? Typically, these types of wood panels are referred to as acoustic diffusers, but they are a hybrid of both—combining wood slats with acoustic felt backing, making them both sound absorbers and diffusers. They are becoming very popular, but do they actually improve the sound quality in a room, or do they just look good? In this video, I will conduct a before-and-after sound test with and without the wood slate panels, and I will also perform a comparison sound test using traditional acoustic panels to hear the difference between the two types of acoustic materials.
