trance euphoria - late 90s / early 2000s classic trance mix

Recorded and designed a huge mix of some of my favourite classic trance tracks from the late 90s and early 2000s - mixed all in key, slowly progressing in energy and moving through various different sounds, from bright and euphoric, progressive and hypnotic, moody and atmospheric and hard and fast 💿 the futuristic equivalent of classical music with its heavy use of melody / harmony / repetition - designed specifically to stimulate all the pleasure chemicals in the brain and induce feelings of transcendence on the dancefloor

I’ve been interested for a while in early 3D from the same era and how connected it is to electronic music - forming both the look and sound of the future in the collective consciousness at the time. While the art of a lot of atmospheric / ambient jungle used otherwordly textures and landscapes (https://youtu.be/z70z6BS4CfE?si=lP3Dyqgmm8oQfCo8) trance in my head was connected to these sleek and futuristic exploding abstract shapes also very distinctive of turn of the millenium design, especially on rave flyers. I learnt how to create this kind of visual on Blender and made some renders to visualise the mix and also designed a CD of the mix inspired by CD and record designs from the original tracks, and featuring the renders I made to accompany the mix inside (You can watch how I made everything here - https://youtu.be/8wl_AwJl12k).
