This 10 minute side butt workout will give you a bubble butt and grow your glutes. I created this booty workout to lift your butt and focus on the side part. I highly recommend doing this workout at home with ankle weights for an extra burn and to make you an hourglass shape. If you don’t have ankle weights you can also do it without them, there is no problem at all. I suggest you to combine this home workout with my other booty workouts.
