✨In this sound bath, we will be focusing on the 13 energy points that make up the Heart Chakra:
•Primary Heart Chakra
•Lungs x 2
•Thymus Gland
•Chest
•Upper Back
•Cardiac Nerve Plexus
•Shoulders x 2
•Arms x 2
•Hands x 2
Some have defined these energy centers as their own 'minor' chakras associated with the Heart ‘primary' chakra.

✨In this practice, we will focus on each of these areas, cleansing, clearing and re-balancing them with specific frequencies. I've personally interpreted their representation in vibration form in the list below:

F note Tibetan bowl - arms, hands. Heart tuning fork - cardiac nerve plexus, thymus gland. Heart chime - chest, upper back, shoulders. F crystal bowl - Heart. F tube harp - lungs

💚The Tibetan singing bowl note F that resonates at 242Hz and represents the Arms and Hands
💚The 136.10Hz Earth Heart tuning fork represents the Cardiac Nerve Plexus and Thymus Gland
💚The 727Hz Tube Harp represents the Lungs
💚The 2177.60Hz Earth chime represents the Chest, Upper Back and Shoulders
💚And lastly, the 343Hz crystal singing bowl represents the primary Heart chakra

By aligning all 12 of these minor chakras with the primary chakra, we allow any blockages to clear. Remember to take time to focus on each energy point individually during this sound bath to will allow for release and clearing to take place.

When your Heart chakra feels balanced and aligned you will have a greater sense of Compassion. This will open doors for you, allowing love to flow freely into your life.
