15 Min Evening Yoga Flow | Wind Down & Relaxing Yoga
Welcome to this evening yoga flow A relaxing 15 min yoga routine for the full body to release tension and let go of the day.
In this practice we will:
- Start slow lying on our back hugging knees into chest rocking side to side
- Warm up the wrists, spine and lower body
- Move into a slow sequence with hamstring stretches, twists and deep hip openers
- Focus on the hips and side body with a deep side body stretch
- Enjoy a longer shavasana and breath work at the end
