Hi everyone, thank you for joining me. This morning's practice is a very gentle one meant to help you start your day with ease and comfort. All you need is 15 minutes to feel great and awake! This is a full body stretch great for all experience levels with no props required. We'll primarily focus on flexibility through a variety of seated and standing yoga poses.
