15 Minute Relaxing Yoga In Bed | All Levels Everyday Stretch
There have been some requests for more yoga in bed videos, so here you guys go! :) This quick session is perfect to practice anytime of day, whether you're just waking up in the morning or preparing to go to sleep at night. Sometimes 15 minutes is all you need to relax and feel good. We'll practice forward folds, side bends, twists, hamstring and hip stretches.
