30 Minute Full Body Dumbbell EMOM Workout [Strength Training / NO REPEAT]

We have a recommended amount of reps designated for each exercise so that you get the most out of each interval. As you progress with this workout over time, we highly recommend tracking the dumbbells that you're using and increasing the load.
DISCLAIMER:
The dumbbells that we use are lighter than what we would use in a normal workout. We film multiple workouts at a time and these weights are manageable enough to demonstrate with proper form. Do NOT hesitate to increase the weight so that you can maximize this training session. We've included what we would normally use for this type of workout below.
