Tibetan Tingsha bells for meditation mindfulness practice.
It starts and finishes with 3 bells, with 1 bell every 5 minutes in between.
Close your eyes and observe a flow of your breathing. Just breath in, breath out and observe this process. You can help yourself in this practice by counting from 1 to 10, after every exhalation, or before every inhale (whichever is a part of your practice). Counting is just a tool, which helps to observe your breath and stay present. If your mind will start wander about other things, that’s ok. Just bring back your awareness gently to your breath and start counting again from 1.
You may already practice different meditation techniques and use this bell as assistance for your practice.
