Three of the frequencies which we found effective are 363Hz, 369Hz and 396Hz. They resonate well with Root Chakra, and since every one is different, we have also noticed that a frequency which works for one person might not work for others. But a lower frequency generally works for root chakra, and helps to bring the focus to the root chakra centre, during meditation. As you practice and get more aware of your root chakra, when its active, and when its blocked, you will also notice, that the frequency at which root chakra resonates also differs at different times of the day. In the morning, a deeper, lower frequency will resonate more and in the evenings a little higher frequency will resonate more.
