70 Minute Indoor Trainer Workout (All-Weather Edition)
Here's a video of a ride we did when the weather was looking dodgy along our normal route. We were a smaller group and went in a different direction (North) along Melbourne's Beach Road through the suburbs of Port Melbourne, St. Kilda, Elwood and Brighton to try and stay away from the rain. It is more of a Medium Intensity workout (we don't go flat-out all the time), with less of a difference between "efforts" and "recoveries". This is evidence that it's not all sunny weather in Australia. At least it's dry indoors...
