This is a new guided mindfulness meditation on kindness toward yourself - it is a reminder that we all have pain, challenges, and struggles in life. It is ok to feel sadness and grief at times, and we are deserving of forgiveness toward ourselves and freedom from suffering. Take a few moments for healing. Relax and free yourself from the stress and anxiety in life.
