Can These Earbuds Help You Sleep?? - I Tried For 30 Nights (soundcore A20)

Do sleep earbuds actually work? How do they make the battery last so long? Are they comfortable? Do they have ANC? Can I stream music or videos?

I live in a loud area and sleeping through train whistles and ambulances is not easy. So sleep earbuds became pretty interesting to me. And a few years ago, I bought a pair from bose. Essentially, they are a smaller, more comfortable pair of earbuds that helps to block the noise while masking it further with white noise, or like crickets or whatever. Unlike airpods, you can actually sleep on your side and it’s very comfortable. And while the Bose sleepbuds 2 helped me sleep, they had some problems that the entire industry has been trying to solve. Unfortunately, Bose did not make a sequel and instead discontinued the sleepbuds. Clearly I am not alone, and people loved them, making the ebay retail price is nearly $600 now. But there’s good news. Soundcore just came out with a promising sequel called the A20. These earbuds fixed almost all of those issues, and even added some cool new features like sleep tracking and bluetooth music playback abilities. I’ve been wearing these for almost a month now and I wanted to share my honest review with you.
