Daily Full Body Stretch for Tight Muscles and Relaxation
Welcome to your daily full body stretch routine. This 10 minute sequence gives you everything you need to get a daily dose of stretches for tight muscles and relaxation. Add this routine after a workout or practice on it's own if you need a daily stretch and are short on time.
This class doesn't include any talking, you will be guided with a relaxing soundtrack and a gentle countdown so you know when to expect the next stretch to start. There will be 20 stretches in total and you will hold each for 30 seconds, usually 7 -10 deep breaths. This sequence is accessible for all levels but please feel free to modify if you need to.
