The isochronic tones begin at 8Hz and move up 1Hz every 15 seconds until they reach 40Hz in the Gamma range at the 8-minute mark. The tones stay in this gamma frequency range for the remainder of the track. To help prevent habitation where you eventually get used to listening to the same frequency, between 8 minutes to 60 minutes the tones switch between random frequencies in the 38Hz to 40Hz range.
Headphones?
Headphones are not required for this particular session. But, if you can use headphones, I always recommend it. When you use headphones it helps to block out any peripheral sound in the room, and I personally find the entrainment experience to be more powerful when using them.
