#SpaghettiNapolitan, or just "Naporitan" in Japanese, is a popular and tasty Japanese pasta dish that uses ketchup for the sauce. During these days of social-distancing and panicked shopping, I thought some of you might appreciate an easy and delicious recipe using ingredients you probably already have. Spaghetti Naporitan
1/3 a box of dried spaghetti
half a medium onion, sliced
half a medium bell pepper, sliced thinly
2 button mushrooms, sliced
2 strips or bacon or small sausages
2-6 T. ketchup, add as much suits your tastes
2-3 T. butter
1-4-1/2 C. pasta water
salt and pepper to taste
