Kids Hypnosis - Anxiety Worry Fear video is specifically designed to help children who worry a lot about life. They may only be able to verbalise those feelings as being good and bad, but as they grow they start to identify how their different emotions feel and effect them. My aim is to help them calm those worries by using their breath. Knowing how to use their breath can help move both their mind and body into a relaxed state in a matter of seconds. Using a series of kid friendly analogies I give them a way of letting go of those feelings that can often confuse and upset them and then start to build their confidence and help them to connect to those happy feelings again. This can be listened to as often as necessary and even before bed.
To get the best out of listening to this download, here are some tips:
1. Listen with earphones as long as your child is comfortable doing so
2. Make sure your child is sitting or lying somewhere where their back is straight and supported
3. Turn off any phones and make sure your child is somewhere they will not be disturbed for the duration of the video
4. The mind learns through repetition and reinforcement so keep listeing
