As an addition to our previous three bowl combination series we've decided to focus on our lower power centers in this session. Bringing together the Root, Sacrum and our Solar Plexus creates one of the strongest grounding combinations we have yet to design. When our Root is activated we can truly feel the sensations of being alive and present in our body. With our Sacrum being activated we can be more aware of how we feel emotionally in the present. Finally with our Solar Plexus activating we can feel our power source and drive for taking action with our life, feeling the confidence to trust our gut and believe in what we want to pursue next. Bringing these three together gives us the power to feel present in the very moment and the push for life to pursue our dreams with determination.
