I had a long weekend and decided to head back to Matagamasi Lake — this time to explore a new route I hadn’t paddled before. The trip had its share of unforgettable moments: ancient pictographs, peaceful waterfalls, and even a catch-and-cook. But nature always brings balance... and this adventure came with its own set of challenges too.
