Why I stop sleeping on beds and went to the floor instead
I used to love sleeping on soft beds where I would feel like Iβm on a cloud, the fluffier the better. About 10 years ago as I shared in the video, I came to the realization that something was wrong with my body. I wasnβt able to sit, or lay on the ground without pain. From that day on, I decided to get rid of my bed and start sleeping on the ground. My first step to that was sleeping on a whole bunch of blankets because I kept tossing and turning all night when I just try sleeping on the carpet.
The more my body got accustomed to being in contact with hard surfaces, the stronger it got. The reason, because when we press against hard surfaces, it pushes into our physical body, allowing our body to release, blockages, tension, and trapped energies just like if you were to go to a massage therapist, whoβs doing the same thing with your body or using a foam roller or any other equipment or device that presses into your body. Itβs exactly the same concept. The advantage of sleeping on hard surfaces is that you get to give your body longer duration of massage and you donβt depend on anybody else. The biggest advice I can give to this is take time to transition from soft to firm. If you donβt, youβre gonna find it too uncomfortable to maintain and youβll go back into sleeping on something soft. My best recommendation is buying mattress toppers that are about 3 inches. This can be latex or memory foam. My personal preference is having it to be 2 inches max or 1 inch. However, keep in mind that Iβve been doing this for over 10 years and my body has adapted over time.
This is not a quick fix type of solution. These things that I share like walking, barefoot or sleeping on hard surfaces is a lifestyle, a way of living. When people ask me, how do I become as healthy or as energetics as you or they look and wonder why I have so much energy all the time itβs not just one thing. Itβs a combination of this lifestyle that Iβve created for my life.

The science of sound therapy draws from multiple disciplines: psychology, neuroscience, and acoustic ecology. Research consistently shows that ambient sounds can modulate autonomic nervous system activity, shifting the body from stress response (sympathetic activation) toward relaxation response (parasympathetic activation). This occurs through multiple pathways: masking of disruptive environmental sounds, providing gentle cognitive engagement that prevents anxious rumination, and creating predictable soundscapes that signal safety to primitive brain regions. Regular exposure to relaxing audio can help establish positive feedback loops where the brain learns to associate certain sounds with calm states.
