20 Min Gentle Yoga Practice | Full Body Yoga For All Levels
Welcome to this gentle yoga practice. This is a slow and steady 20 minute full body practice suitable for all levels and is intended to help you relax and re-energise your body.
In this practice we will:
- start with breath work
- move into a gentle neck and wrist warm-up
- practice a table-top sequence (cat/cow, modified side plank)
- release the lower back with supine windscreen wipers
- move through a standing sequence (down dog, low lunge, half split, pigeon pose)
- finish with seated twists and shavasana
